0 ban = 3 hours
1 ban = 6 hours
2 bans = 12 hours
3 bans = 1 day
4 bans = 2 days
5 bans = 1 week

Left the game chat right after it started
Explanation
You have left the game chat too soon after the game was created.
Conditions
Robocop will ban you if you leave the game chat before the 4 minutes mark.
Failed to join the game in time
Explanation
You have not joined the server in the given amount of time.
Conditions
Robocop will ban you if you are not present in the server at the 4 minute mark.
Heuristics
Once a competitive config (ex: Zonemod) is loaded, a timer of 4 minutes starts.
Once the timer completes, the list of active players get sent to the cedapug website.
That list of players is then used to find the matching game,
and players that are in the game chat but not in the server get automatically banned.
Failed to ready up in time
Explanation
You stayed in the unready state for too long.
Conditions
Robocop will ban you if you stayed in an unready state for a total of 4 minutes.
Heuristics
Robocop monitors your ready state and considers you inactive if you are not ready during a ready up.
Stayed inactive or in spectator for too long
Explanation
You stayed inactive without any inputs or spectated and didn't come back to your team for too long.
Conditions
Robocop will ban you if you have been inactive or in spectator for more than 4 minutes.
Heuristics
Heuristics are exactly the same as leaving the game without finding a sub.
To detect if you are inactive, robocop monitors your keyboard and mouse inputs as well as your say commands. You will only be considered inactive if the game is not paused and you are alive.
The disconnected and inactive times are in the same pool, meaning robocop will ban you if you go inactive for 2 minutes and then disconnect from the game for 2 minutes.
Left the game before it was finished
Explanation
You have left the game early before it was finished.
Conditions
Robocop will ban you if you have left your game in progress for more than 4 minutes.
Heuristics
Robocop keeps a list of players who are playing when the first half of the round goes live.
There is a timer that runs every 10 seconds, and any active player not found in either the
survivors or infected team sees their total disconnected time increased by 10 seconds.
If the total disconnected time of an active player reaches 4 minutes, that player gets banned.
If the total disconnected time of 4 or more players reaches 3 minutes, the active players list gets cleared and nobody will get banned as the game is considered over.
If a player comes back, their total disconnected time gets lowered to the lowest minute. For example, if a player comes back at the 2 minutes and 50 seconds mark,
his total disconnected time will be lowered to 2 minutes.
Each active players total disconnected time gets reset to 0 at the beginning of each live round.
Too many recent player reports
Explanation
You have been reported by multiple different players.
Conditions
Robocop will ban you if you have 6 active reports in the past 2 weeks.
